Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Media items (CDs, DVDs, software, games, vinyl) have been opened
  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • The item is returned after the 30-day window

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (posting times vary)
  • Contact your bank for processing updates

Exchanges & Sale Items

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at {email} and send the item to:

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the return.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
